Damaged/Tampered/Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for Exchange only. No refunds will be done.

Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. No defect/damages in the article will be considered without an unboxing video. Please share the video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number.
